Begin your adventure with a warm welcome at Colombo International Airport and a transfer to the coastal town of Negombo. Explore this vibrant fishing village, known for its bustling fish market and “Little Rome” charm. End the day with a serene sunset boat ride on Negombo Lagoon before relaxing at Jetwing Beach, your luxurious seaside retreat.

Day 01 – Negombo

Travel north through scenic coconut plantations to Wilpattu, Sri Lanka’s oldest and largest national park. Embark on a half-day jeep safari to spot leopards, sloth bears, and diverse birdlife. In the evening, enjoy a guided night walk to observe nocturnal wildlife before unwinding at The Ibis, your serene jungle stay.

Day 02 – Wilpattu

Delve deeper into the wilderness of Wilpattu with morning and evening safaris. Pause at tranquil lakes and natural villus to observe predators in their habitat and enjoy birdwatching. Return to The Ibis to relax and share stories of the day’s adventures..

Day 03 – Wilpattu

Journey across the island to the beautiful beaches of Trincomalee, with a stop at the historic ruins of Anuradhapura. Check in at Cinnamon Trinco Blu, where you can unwind by the beach and soak in the scenic beauty of the eastern coast.

Day 04 – Trincomalee

Start your day with a sunrise boat ride for a magical whale-watching experience. Witness blue and sperm whales in their natural habitat near Koneshwaram Cliff. Return to Cinnamon Trinco Blu to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings..

Day 05 –Trincomalee

Begin another day of whale watching, followed by snorkeling at Pigeon Island Marine Park. Explore vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life before heading back to Cinnamon Trinco Blu for a peaceful evening.

Day 06 – Trincomalee

Travel inland to Sri Lanka’s central plains and experience The Gathering of elephants in Minneriya National Park during a half-day safari. Check in at Cinnamon Lodge, nestled in the heart of the Cultural Triangle, and unwind amidst the lush surroundings.

Day 07 – Sigiriya

Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and marvel at its ancient frescoes and panoramic views. In the evening, explore Kaudulla National Park or Kalawela for another intimate wildlife safari before returning to Cinnamon Lodge for the night.
